Pastor Lee graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a major in Drama Directing, and later received a Master of Business Administration from National University of Ireland, Dublin. He also holds a Professional Diploma in Management Consulting and Risk Management from the Institute of Management Consultant Hong Kong, and has accumulated over 30 years of extensive experience in human resources management across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Pastor Lee began attending Sunday worship at Yan Fook Church in Hong Kong in 2007, where he received pastoral care, equipping, and discipleship. In 2020, he responded to God’s call and commenced his Master of Biblical Studies at Yan Fook Theological Seminary. In 2022, he further pursued a Master of Divinity at Regent College, Vancouver, marking the beginning of his full-time ministry journey. Since the latter half of 2022, Pastor Lee has served as “Pastor for Chinese Ministries” at REC.
