Rt. Rev. Dr. Silas Ng

Apostolic Vicar, The Anglican Mission Canada
Rector, Richmond Emmanuel Church

Silas is called to raising up missional and relational disciples of Christ. He is the Apostolic Vicar of The Anglican Mission in Canada, Rector of Richmond Emmanuel Church and adjunct faculty of Acts Seminary, Trinity Western University and Carey Theological College. He is married to Michelle with two adult sons, Ignatius and Athanasius. Silas graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong (B.A. Hons. Music), Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary (M. Div.) and Fuller Theological Seminary (D. Min.). Silas is a professional choral conductor and a world-wide speaker on Micro-Macro Discipling and Spiritual Formation in Christian conferences and churches

Rev. Joshua Siu

English Pastor

Josh and Rachel are parents to five lovely and rambunctious kids. When he's not enjoying life with them, Josh also spends his time as pastor of REC English. After completing his M.Div. at Wycliffe College in Toronto, Josh and Rachel moved to BC in 2011 to serve in REC. God has called him to come alongside of and help people grow in their relationship with Jesus as they love God and others with creativity.

Pastor Christine Yeung

Pastor of Spiritual Care

Christine Yeung is a recent graduate from Regent College (MDiv ‘22). Prior to Regent, she used to work in the University of Hong Kong as a research assistant and knowledge exchanger officer on suicide prevention. With her background in public health (BSc Public Health ‘15), she is passionate about promoting mental health, anti-human trafficking, and multicultural expression of Christian faith. During dayoffs, she enjoys the nature and going on adventures such as scuba-diving, hiking, camping, and recently got into skiing!

Wendy Yeung

Bookkeeper

Wendy has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience from various industries like construction, trade, and retail. She has a BCom degree with double majors. Accounting became the profession of choice due to her passion in maintaining and balancing numbers.

Christine Fu

Administrative Assistant

Christine has been a part of the Richmond Emmanuel Church family since 2004. She served in Awana and REC Kids worship. She has experienced God in her life and wants to share her passion with children so that they come to know, love and serve God. Since 2014, she has been the part time administrative assistant for REC.
